Why Choose Us

At Therapy Associates of Solano County (TASC), our mission is to stop the cycle of harm by elevating the sexual health and safety of the communities we serve.

We provide specialized outpatient mental health treatment for adults and youth whose sexual behaviors have become harmful or unhealthy, with a focus on sexual addictions, non-consenting sexual behaviors, pornography use, and unmanageable sexual behaviors. We also support family members who are impacted by sexually harmful behaviors within the family system.

Our clinicians offer individual therapy, crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based treatment for anxiety, depression, stress, and other emotional challenges. We are committed to meeting clients where they are, providing compassionate, culturally responsive support that promotes healing, stability, and long-term growth.

Mandated Forensic Mental Health

Our mandated forensic mental health services are grounded in evidence-based practices and guided by SARATSO-designated static and dynamic risk assessments. These tools allow us to identify the factors that contribute to an individual's risk for re-offense or violence, as well as the strengths and protective factors that support long-term change. By integrating these assessments into ongoing treatment planning, we tailor interventions to each client's needs, monitor progress over time, and ensure that services remain responsive, accountable, and aligned with public safety goals.

Whether you're seeking individual or group therapy, assessments, or family therapy, we offer comprehensive services to support healthy, positive sexual health and relationships.
